本隐私政策说明 DapperMan（以下简称“我们”）在提供男士照片分析和自然优化服务时，如何收集、使用、共享、存储、保留和删除信息。
1. 我们收集的信息
用户主动提交的照片及其中可能包含的人脸信息：当你选择并提交照片进行美化时，我们会处理完整的原始照片以及照片中的可见内容，例如背景、场景和人物。如果照片中包含人脸，我们会处理完成照片美化所必需的可见面部外观信息。
我们不会将人体轮廓、人脸轮廓或其他面部信息单独提取并保存为可识别个人身份的资料，也不会创建或保存人脸模板、面部嵌入、Face ID 数据或其他生物识别身份标识。相关信息仅作为整张照片的一部分用于用户请求的照片美化，不用于身份认证或确认现实身份。
服务和设备信息：我们还可能处理设备标识、应用版本、系统语言、生成选项、任务状态、购买记录、账户和点数余额，以及保障服务运行和安全所必需的技术日志。
2. 信息的收集方式与权限
只有在你主动从相册选择照片或使用相机拍摄照片，并发起分析或优化任务后，我们才会接收相关照片。相册和相机权限仅用于选择、拍摄或保存照片；拒绝这些权限会限制相应功能，但不会影响与照片无关的功能。
3. 照片及人脸信息的使用目的
我们仅将照片及其中可能包含的人脸信息用于提供用户主动请求的照片美化功能，包括分析照片的整体画面、背景和人物区域，并生成自然优化后的结果。如果照片中包含人脸，相关处理仅用于完成必要的外观优化和保持照片中的人物自然一致。
我们不会将人体轮廓或人脸信息作为独立数据保存，不会用于广告、营销、用户画像、跟踪、身份认证、数据经纪、出售或出租，也不会使用这些信息训练面向身份识别的模型。
4. 服务提供商、共享和存储
为了完成照片美化，用户提交的照片、处理指令和生成结果会传输至 DapperMan 使用的服务器，并提交给 OpenAI 进行必要的 AI 处理。相关数据存储于 DapperMan 的服务端存储以及提供处理所需的 OpenAI API 服务基础设施中。OpenAI 仅在完成用户请求的照片美化功能所必需的范围内处理这些数据。
DapperMan 不会选择允许 OpenAI 使用这些 API 数据训练或改进其模型。根据 OpenAI 的标准 API 数据控制规则，相关内容可能出现在滥用监控日志中并保留最长 30 天；如果法律要求，或为保护服务或第三方免受损害而有合理必要，OpenAI 可能保留更长时间。
除上述为提供照片美化服务所必需的处理外，我们不会向其他第三方共享照片或其中的人脸信息，也不会向广告平台、分析提供商、数据经纪商或信息转售商出售、出租或提供这些信息。
Apple 可能处理应用内购买记录，但我们不会向 Apple 提供用于照片美化的照片或人脸信息。
5. 数据保留和删除
上传的原始照片、处理过程中产生的临时数据和生成结果仅在完成用户请求及支持结果获取所需的期间保存。DapperMan 服务端的相关文件保存时间最长不超过 30 天，期限届满后将自动永久删除。提交给 OpenAI 的 API 数据按照第 4 节所述的 OpenAI 数据控制规则处理和到期。我们不会在该期限之外单独保留人体轮廓、人脸轮廓或其他人脸信息。法律要求我们保留更长时间的情况除外。
设备上的本地照片和结果由你控制，可随时在设备上删除。账户、购买和交易记录可能根据财务、反欺诈及法律义务保留更长时间，但这些记录不包含为重新建立人体或人脸资料而保存的数据。
你可以发送邮件至 ontheroadlucky@gmail.com 请求删除与账户或任务相关的服务端数据。我们在验证请求后会删除可关联的数据，且最迟不超过上述 30 天期限。
6. 信息安全
我们采用传输加密、访问控制和最小权限等合理的技术和组织措施，防止信息遭到未经授权的访问、使用、更改或披露。但任何互联网传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。
7. 你的权利和选择
你可以拒绝照片或相机权限、停止提交新照片、删除设备上的图片，或联系我们请求访问、更正或删除相关个人信息。撤回权限不会影响撤回前已经完成处理的合法性。
8. 政策更新
我们可能因产品、服务或法律要求的变化更新本政策。重大变更将通过本页面或应用内的适当方式告知，并更新生效日期。

DapperMan Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DapperMan ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, retains, and deletes information when providing AI-powered photo analysis and natural portrait enhancement services for men.
1. Information We Collect
Photos submitted by the user and any face information they may contain: When you select and submit a photo for enhancement, we process the complete source photo and its visible content, such as the background, scene, and people. If a photo contains a face, we process only the visible facial appearance information necessary to perform the requested photo enhancement.
We do not separately extract and retain body contours, facial contours, or other facial information as data that can identify a person. We do not create or retain face templates, face embeddings, Face ID data, or other biometric identifiers. Such information is processed only as part of the complete photo for the requested enhancement and is not used for authentication or to determine a person's real-world identity.
Service and device information: We may also process a device identifier, app version, system language, generation choices, task status, purchase records, account and credit balance, and technical logs necessary to operate and secure the service.
2. How Information Is Collected and Permissions Are Used
We receive a photo only after you intentionally select one from your photo library or take one with the camera and initiate an analysis or enhancement request. Photo library and camera permissions are used only to select, capture, or save photos. Denying those permissions limits the related features but does not affect features unrelated to photos.
3. Purposes for Using Photos and Face Information
We use photos and any face information they may contain only to provide the photo enhancement requested by the user. This includes analyzing the overall image, background, and person areas and generating a naturally enhanced result. If a photo contains a face, the related processing is limited to the appearance adjustments necessary to complete the enhancement and keep the person looking natural and consistent.
We do not retain body contours or face information as separate data. We do not use such information for advertising, marketing, user profiling, tracking, authentication, data brokerage, sale, or rental, or to train models intended to identify individuals.
4. Service Providers, Sharing, and Storage
To complete photo enhancement, submitted photos, processing instructions, and generated results are transmitted to servers used by DapperMan and submitted to OpenAI for the necessary AI processing. The data is stored in DapperMan's server-side storage and in the OpenAI API service infrastructure needed to perform the processing. OpenAI processes this data only to the extent necessary to provide the photo enhancement requested by the user.
DapperMan does not opt in to allow OpenAI to use this API data to train or improve its models. Under OpenAI's standard API data controls, related content may be retained in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days. OpenAI may retain it longer if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect its services or third parties from harm.
Except for the processing necessary to provide the photo enhancement service described above, we do not share photos or face information with other third parties, and we do not sell, rent, or provide such information to advertising platforms, analytics providers, data brokers, or information resellers.
Apple may process in-app purchase records, but we do not provide Apple with photos or face information used for photo enhancement.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Uploaded source photos, temporary processing data, and generated results are retained only for the period needed to complete the user's request and support retrieval of the result. Related files on DapperMan's servers are retained for no longer than 30 days and are then automatically and permanently deleted. API data submitted to OpenAI is processed and expires under the OpenAI data controls described in Section 4. We do not separately retain body contours, facial contours, or other face information beyond that period, unless longer retention is required by law.
Local photos and results on your device remain under your control and can be deleted at any time. Account, purchase, and transaction records may be retained longer to meet financial, anti-fraud, and legal obligations, but those records do not contain data retained for the purpose of reconstructing a body or face profile.
You may request deletion of server-side data associated with your account or task by emailing ontheroadlucky@gmail.com. After verifying the request, we will delete linkable data no later than the 30-day period described above.
6. Information Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices, to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of Internet transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may deny photo library or camera permission, stop submitting new photos, delete images on your device, or contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of related personal information. Withdrawing permission does not affect processing lawfully completed before withdrawal.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our products, services, or legal obligations. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes on this page or in the app and update the effective date.
