本用户协议（以下简称“本协议”）适用于 DapperMan 应用及其相关照片分析、自然优化和生成服务（以下简称“服务”）。下载、访问或使用服务，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意本协议及我们的隐私协议。
1. 服务说明
DapperMan 提供面向男士照片的 AI 分析、自然优化和结果导出功能。服务可能根据照片质量、光线、角度、人物数量和所选选项产生不同结果。AI 建议和生成结果仅供参考，不保证满足特定用途或达到特定外观。
2. 照片和用户内容
你应当拥有所提交照片的必要权利，或已获得照片中其他人员的适当授权。你不得提交侵犯他人隐私、肖像权、著作权或其他合法权益的内容，也不得使用服务处理违法、欺诈、骚扰、仇恨、色情或其他不当内容。
你保留对自己提交内容的权利。你授予我们为提供服务所必需的有限许可，用于接收、分析、处理、存储和返回照片及生成结果。照片及相关数据的收集、使用、共享、保留和删除方式以隐私协议为准。
3. 订阅、应用内购买和钻石
DapperMan 可能提供周、月或年订阅方案，以及一次性钻石购买。每个方案包含的服务、钻石数量、价格和计费周期以应用内及 Apple App Store 购买页面显示的内容为准。分析和图片生成会消耗钻石；未使用的订阅钻石不结转，额外钻石可以单独购买。
所有购买均通过 Apple 的应用内购买完成。确认购买后，费用将从你的 Apple ID 付款方式中扣除。自动续订订阅会在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则会按购买页面显示的续费价格自动续订，并可能在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣款。
你可以在 Apple ID 的订阅设置中管理或关闭自动续订。关闭自动续订后，当前已付费周期内的权益通常仍可使用；已开始的付费周期通常不因取消而退款，法律或 Apple 政策另有要求的除外。如果提供免费试用，购买订阅时未使用的试用时间可能失效。
4. 合理使用
你不得绕过购买、权限、技术限制或安全措施，不得抓取、批量调用、反向工程、干扰服务运行，或将服务用于训练身份识别系统。我们可以在合理必要的范围内限制、暂停或终止违反本协议或危害服务、用户及第三方的使用行为。
5. 服务可用性与责任限制
服务可能因维护、网络、设备、第三方服务、容量或其他原因暂时不可用。法律允许的最大范围内，服务按“现状”和“可用”提供，我们不保证服务持续无错误、结果完全准确或任何特定照片一定适合约会、求职、社交或其他用途。
6. 协议更新
我们可能因服务、商业安排或法律要求变化更新本协议。更新后的版本会发布在本页面，并显示新的生效日期。继续使用服务即表示你接受更新后的协议；如果你不同意更新内容，应停止使用服务。

DapperMan Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to the DapperMan app and its photo analysis, natural enhancement, and generation services (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
DapperMan provides AI-assisted analysis, natural enhancement, and export features for men’s photos. Results may vary based on image quality, lighting, camera angle, the number of people in a photo, and the options selected. AI suggestions and generated results are provided for reference and are not guaranteed to meet a particular purpose or appearance.
2. Photos and User Content
You must own or have the necessary rights and permissions for photos you submit. You must not submit content that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, or other legal rights, or use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive content.
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to receive, analyze, process, store, and return photos and generated results only as needed to provide the Service. Our collection, use, sharing, retention, and deletion of photos and related data are described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Diamonds
DapperMan may offer weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions, as well as one-time diamond purchases. The services, diamond allowance, price, and billing period for each plan are the ones shown in the app and on the Apple App Store purchase screen. Analysis and image generation use diamonds; unused subscription diamonds do not roll over, and additional diamonds may be purchased separately.
All purchases are completed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. After you confirm a purchase, payment is charged to your Apple ID payment method. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The renewal price shown at purchase may be charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID subscription settings. If you turn off auto-renewal, access normally remains available through the current paid period. A paid period is generally not refundable after it begins, except where required by law or Apple’s policies. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not bypass purchase, permission, technical, or security controls; scrape or make abusive automated requests; reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; or use the Service to train an identity-recognition system. We may limit, suspend, or terminate use that violates these Terms or threatens the Service, users, or third parties.
5. Availability and Disclaimer
The Service may be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, device limitations, capacity, third-party services, or other reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, completely accurate results, or that any photo will be suitable for dating, employment, social, or other purposes.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, our business, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
